Please ensure that the items are unused and the original packaging is intact to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Beardo account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and state the reason.

  Upload Evidence

  For damaged or missing products, upload clear photos or an unboxing video to our support portal to speed up the verification process.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or Beardo Wallet.
